Some SEO experts recommend that we blog outside of our market niche and write about many different topics to attract visitors from different veins. So today I am going to blog about “peace” – and how I’m finding this time in life the most peaceful I’ve ever known – even with so much turmoil in the world. One thing I’m sure of is that peace comes from within, it doesn’t just come from what’s going on around us. It’s important to have genuine and positive people in our life, it doesn’t matter the number as long as they’re sincere and really care about us. Peace comes from doing the things we love to do, listening to music we love, eating healthy foods we love, being around people and animals we love – and love us back. It’s about “love.” Fill your life with LOVE and you will have peace. We have all noticed wretched people while going through our daily life. The kind of people you can tell just by looking at their frowned faces that they’re discontent. Sadly, they’re everywhere today. I’m not talking about people who for one reason or another have had heartbreaking tragedies or some form of unfortunate life changing event to face. I’m talking about those self-absorbed harsh looking individuals who are just wretched beyond help. The types who constantly complain and make disapproving faces, but refuse to do anything to improve or change. They rarely see the good in anything and resent those who do. Unfortunately, thanks to a world full of people with backward priorities where money and egomania rules there will be more and more of these wretched people crossing our paths each day. It astounds me that so many still don’t get that money does not equal happiness. If you want to find peace, you need to get back to the simpler things in life. First and foremost SMILE! Smiling automatically releases happy hormones and is contagious to others who see you. Stop and really notice the flowers and all of nature, listen to and make beautiful music, create beautiful things, avoid negativity, volunteer to help people and animals in need. We provide shelter and a feeding station for the wild birds. They pay us back in the spring and summer with lots of newly hatched babies, by spreading flower seeds and by performing endless symphonies in our backyard. There are many things we can do that don’t cost much money as they do “time.” Give of your time, 1 or 2 hours a week is all that’s needed. In my humble opinion, there’s no big secret to being happy or finding peace. If you’re content in your life…peace will follow. If you do everything with LOVE…peace will find YOU.
